Update: Ok. I admit I was angry when I wrote this. But c'mon...you had lots of time to shoot before. Are we Filipinos really that reactionary...we have to wait for the first death before we take action? Or was it the rain that finally made us say...shit let's go in and end this. I'm f*cking hungry.

Blame this on the effects of Commission of Human Rights. The snipers will not take the shot, nor will their superior give them the go signal. Hell, why would they, when the CHR will make sure that they will be dismissed from the force and their pension rights be taken away from them?
